Our Mission
At Allegiant Pilots for ALPA, our mission is to secure strong pilot led representation for Allegiant pilots by uniting under the Air Line Pilots Association. A core part of that mission is advocating for a fair and transparent representation vote so pilots can directly choose their union. We trust ALPA’s experience and resources to protect our professional interests and deliver industry leading results.
We are committed to transparency and open communication, ensuring Allegiant pilots have a clear voice in a democratic and inclusive process, including the right to hear directly from all options before casting a vote on representation.
Our goal is to equip Allegiant pilots with the representation they have earned by leveraging ALPA’s proven record of winning strong contracts, defending pilot rights, and respecting the will of the pilot group through a representation election.
Our Volunteers
Our power comes from a committed volunteer network stretching across all 23 Allegiant domiciles. These dedicated Allegiant pilots give their time, skills, and often their own funds to elevate representation for their peers, fueled by a shared passion for change.
Our volunteers bring a wealth of expertise and work relentlessly to amplify every Allegiant pilot’s voice, keeping their needs front and center. They form the backbone of our mission, pushing forward initiatives, championing improved conditions, and pursuing top-tier representation through ALPA.
